Return Merchandise Authorization Form
In order to expedite the RMA process, please follow the following
guidelines, and be sure to fully complete the form below.
- A valid serial number must be given to qualify for return
- A 40% restocking fee will apply to products returned in working
condition.
- For faster processing, please clearly mark the package as an RMA, by
writing RMA on the box with a bold black marker.
- A RMA authorization doesn't guarantee that credit or replacement
is approved. Credits and replacements will be approved after each
product is inspected and serial numbers matched.
- RMA are processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10
days for complete processing.
- RMAs for DOA (Dead On Arrival) products must be submitted within 10
days of delivery to qualify for warranty replacement.
